| | | Richard Redfern, M.Sc., C.P.G., QP Position: President, CEO and Director
Mr. Redfern is a Certified Professional Geologist and Qualified Person under NI 43-101 and businessman with 35 years of exploration and mining industry experience, throughout North and Central America, Europe, Africa, and Australasia, for gold-silver, uranium, base- and rare-metals, and diamonds. He has been involved with major and junior mineral exploration and mining companies since 1975, and has an extensive list of contacts with present and former government officials and business people in several countries worldwide. He has had a management consulting business since 1982, and has generated and participated in junior company financings since 1986. Mr. Redfern most recently worked for Barrick Gold Exploration Inc. in Mexico. He is a Director of Senator Minerals Inc., and has consulted for several listed junior mining companies. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists, and a Member of the Geological Societies of America and Nevada, Northwest Mining Association, AIMMGM of Mexico, the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, the BC Chamber of Mines, and the Prospector's and Developer's Association.

| | | A. David Heyl, B.Sc., C.P.G., QP Position: Vice President - Exploration
Mr. Heyl is a Certified Professional Geologist and Qualified Person under NI 43-101. With over 25 years of field- and upper management experience, Mr. Heyl has a solid geological background in generating and conducting exploration and mining programs for gold, rare earth metals, and base metals, resulting in several discoveries. David worked for Barrick Gold in Peru, was the exploration manager for Southern Peru Copper, and spent six years working in and supervising underground and open pit mining operations in the U.S.A. and in South America, often making major changes in reserves and productivity. He also has held geological and management staff positions with Colombia Gold Plc, Oroperu Resources, Monterrico Mining, Minera Remedios, Sacre Coeur, and spent six years working in and supervising underground and open pit mining operations in the USA and extensively in South America, often making major changes in reserves and productivity. He has worked extensively in Nevada, with Galli Exploration, Alta Gold, Battle Mountain Gold, and Copper Range Exploration at Round Mountain. Mr. Heyl holds a B.Sc. in geology from Fort Lewis College in Colorado, and was a licensed investment executive at Wedbush Securities in Colorado.

| | | Christopher Cherry Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cherry, age 30, has over eight years experience as an accountant and auditor, with KPMG and Davidson and Company in Vancouver. He achieved the Certified General Accountant designation in August 2004 and the Chartered Accountant designation in February 2009. Mr. Cherry is a financial controller with iO Corporate Services Ltd., a private company that provides administrative services to several public companies. Mr. Cherry currently serves as Chief Financial Officer to Luzon Minerals Ltd., Teslin River Resources Corp., Max Resource Corp. and Reva Resources Corp., all of which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Kornze, as a Director of the Corporation, is responsible for advising the President and Board of Directors with regard to business decisions regarding conduct of the operations of the Corporation as well as toward new corporate acquisitions and joint-venture strategies. Mr. Kornze is a Registered Professional Engineer with APEG of B.C., a Geological Engineer, and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101. Mr. Kornze has more than 40 years of exploration and mining industry experience, throughout North, Central, and South America, Europe and Australasia, for gold-silver, copper, uranium and other commodities. He has been involved with numerous major and junior mineral exploration and mining companies, and most recently worked for Barrick Gold Corporation as Regional Manager Mexico and Central America. He is a Director of Candente Gold Corp., Dynasty Gold Corp., Gold Summit Corp., Northland Resources Inc., Duncan Park Holdings, and VP Exploration for Goldex Resources Corp. He is a Member of the Geological Society of Nevada, the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, the BC Chamber of Mines, and the Prospector's and Developer's Association.

Mr. Ambrose, as a Director of the Corporation, is responsible for advising the President and Board of Directors with regard to business decisions regarding conduct of the operations of the Corporation as well as toward new corporate acquisitions and joint-venture strategies. Mr. Ambrose is a licensed Registered Professional Geologist and Qualified Person under NI 43-101, with 30 years of exploration and mining industry experience, throughout North and South America for gold, silver, and other commodities. He has been involved with major and junior mineral exploration and mining companies since 1979. Mr. Ambrose is President and Director of Minera Andes, and previously worked for N. A. Degerstrom Inc. as Manager of Exploration. He also is a Director of Century Mining Corp., Samba Gold Inc., and Rockgate Capital Corp., all listed on the TSX Venture exchange. He is Registered Geologist #763 with the State of Washington, a Member of the BC Chamber of Mines and the Prospector's and Developer's Association, and a former trustee of the Northwest Mining Association.

Mr. Ellis, as a Director of the Corporation, is responsible for advising the President and Board of Directors with regard to business decisions regarding conduct of the operations of the Corporation as well as toward new corporate acquisitions and joint-venture strategies. Mr. Ellis is a Professional Engineer, registered in British Columbia. He is a graduate in metallurgical engineering from the Haileybury School of Mines and the Montana College of Science and Technology. Mr. Ellis is a member of the C.I.M., S.M.E., and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, & Exploration. Mr. Ellis was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Anglo Gold -- North America, Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Company, and Independence Mining Company. He was VP Operations for CVRD-Inco for PTI Indonesia and then Managing Director of CVRD-Inco for Voisey's Bay Nickel. He is a Consultant for CVRD-Inco and AngloGold Ashanti. He is a past Director of the Mining Association of Manitoba, the Mining Association of Canada, the National Mining Association, the Nevada Mining Association, Cashman Equipment, Queenstake Resources, and Thompson-Lunden.
